These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern your use of the services provided by Anthariya Silks and Anthariya Designer Studio (collectively, “Anthariya,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. General Conditions

* Acceptance of Terms: By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through our websites, WhatsApp, or physical stores, you agree to be bound by these T&C.
* Business Operations: Anthariya operates two distinct divisions: Anthariya Silks (Saree Retail) and Anthariya Designer Studio (Custom Design & Tailoring).
* Accuracy of Information: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them and/or cancel orders if necessary.
* Color Discrepancy: While we make every effort to display the colors of our products accurately, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

2. Anthariya Silks (Saree Sales)

* Product Range: We sell a wide category of sarees, including silk, crepe, Mysore silk, Kanchivaram, cotton, Georgette, organza sarees, and others.
* Ordering: Orders can be placed online via our website, WhatsApp, or in-store during retail hours.
* Pricing and Payment: All prices are as listed at the time of order. We accept various payment methods as specified on our platform.
* Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party courier services.

3. Anthariya Designer Studio (Custom Design & Tailoring)

* Custom Design Process: The studio takes design requirements from customers to curate and create custom-designed dresses.
* Design Approval: The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete design specifications. Any major changes requested after the design is finalized and work has begun may incur additional charges and extend the delivery timeline.
* Measurements and Fit: Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements. While we offer alterations, any required alterations are subject to the studio’s policy (see Alterations section below).
* No Returns/Refunds on Custom Orders: Due to the nature of custom-made garments, orders placed with Anthariya Designer Studio are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced, except in the event of a significant, uncorrectable manufacturing defect.

4. Intellectual Property and Brand Protection

* Trademark/Logo Protection: The Anthariya logo and brand name are patented/trademarked.
* Prohibition of Misuse: Any unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, or misuse of the Anthariya logo, brand name, design templates, or any other intellectual property belonging to us is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action under applicable law.

5. Governing Law

These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Refund & Return Policy
This policy applies specifically to purchases made from Anthariya Silks (Saree Sales). Custom designs from Anthariya Designer Studio are NON-REFUNDABLE.
1. General Return Window
* Time Limit: We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date the product is delivered.
2. Eligibility Conditions for Return/Exchange (Anthariya Silks)

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if all the following conditions are met:
  * Mandatory Unboxing Video: The customer must record a continuous, unedited video of the product being unboxed (opening the outer shipping package and the product packaging). This video is the sole evidence accepted for proving a damaged or incorrect product was received.
  * Reason for Return: Returns or exchanges will only be considered for the following reasons:
  * Product Damage: The product is received in a damaged condition.
  * Incorrect Product/Size Difference: The wrong product was shipped, or there is a significant discrepancy from the ordered product specifications (e.g., incorrect fabric, major color difference, or incorrect length). Minor variations in color or texture, inherent in handloom or natural fabric products, are not covered.
  * Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, unstitched, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and intact.
3. Return Process
1. Notification: The customer must notify Anthariya within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with the order details and the mandatory unboxing video.
2. Verification: Our team will review the video and the return request. We reserve the right to reject any claim not supported by a clear, continuous unboxing video.
3. Shipping: If approved, the customer will be instructed on how to return the product. The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
4. Inspection and Resolution: Once the returned item is received and inspected (which may take 3-5 business days), we will process the exchange or refund.
  * Exchange: If an exchange is requested and the replacement is available, we will ship it out.
  * Refund: If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Anthariya Designer Studio Alterations Policy
  * Alterations: We provide one round of minor alterations for custom-designed garments to ensure a perfect fit, provided the initial measurements were accurate.
  * Limit: Subsequent alterations or major changes due to significant weight fluctuation or incorrect initial measurements may be chargeable.
